Specialist Piling works at Bristol’s Grade II Listed building

DAWSON WAM recently returned to complete a series of 350mm diameter Single Flight Auger (SFA) piles within the restricted headroom of the Grade II listed Boiler Shop in Bristol.
Working in partnership with our trusted supply chain partner, GSS Piling Ltd, and fellow The Federation of Piling Specialists member, we successfully delivered the specialist piling works in a highly constrained environment, helping to prepare the historic structure for its sensitive conversion.
These works formed part of a wider piling package delivered by Dawson WAM for a new 1,600-pupil school, currently being constructed by GRAHAM Building
This project highlights the importance of collaboration, specialist expertise, and the ability to deliver innovative foundation solutions in even the most challenging conditions.
