Introducing our new 20kW CNC Laser Cutter

We’re pleased to introduce another exciting addition to our fabrication workshop, our new 20kW CNC laser cutter, featuring an impressive 6.0m x 2.5m bed.
This latest investment gives us greater flexibility and capability when it comes to processing plate, with the ability to cut material up to 50mm+ thick. It allows us to produce larger, more complex components with a high level of accuracy and repeatability, helping us improve efficiency while maintaining the standards our customers expect.
One great example of where this increased precision can make a difference is in the production of auger flights. The laser can produce highly accurate profiles which are ready for forming in our dedicated flight press, reducing the amount of machining required before hand.
It’s another step forward in our continued investment in modern manufacturing technology, expanding what we can produce in-house and improving the efficiency of our fabrication processes. We’re already looking forward to seeing what is next!
