DAWSON-WAM employs a committed and enthusiastic team of civil engineers, assisted by a network of experienced support staff. We are dedicated to providing adequate training and development to all staff both formally and in house to ensure they are best equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience to meet their job expectations. Through structured training and regular appraisals DAWSON-WAM aim to facilitate career development.

On the operational side of the business we provide formal training for operators and opportunities for individuals to progress from apprenticeship level to managerial roles.
