DAWSON-WAM have recently completed a landmark project for the DARD Rivers Agency in Moneymore, Northern Ireland. The project was awarded on the basis of an alternative design proposal consisting of a secant piled flood wall with a decorative 'natural stone look' concrete wall cast on top to the required flood protection level. There was restricted access with the flood wall requiring constructed within 300mm of existing dwellings from within the 5m wide river channel. Please view our projects for further information.
